> You can build 2 stories high + roof (max. 4 blocks high)

> You are not allowed to dig deeper than 6 blocks under your property

> No tunnels leading from your plot to elsewhere

> You can alter the fence that marks the boundaries but don't build where the fence is suppose to be

> No Lava


Preferred building materials:
Bricks, Smooth Stone, Wood, Wool (Dye is okay but don't make it too colourful), cobble (No Cobblebox!),
Sand, Glass (not too much of it, only windows etc.)
